    If you have specific goals and/or want individualized training tailored to meet those goals, then let’s work one-on-one!

  • Group Training

    45min - 1hr sessions structured with a full warm-up, a specific strength + conditioning workout, AND electric tunes. This is a great way to experience community while improving your fitness and staying injury-free.

  • Remote Coaching

    Not in Fort Worth, but still want to work with me? I have a training platform that allows me to program for you on a daily, weekly, or bi-weekly basis and allows us to stay in regular communication.

  • High School Coaching

    High Schoolers! If you want specific training to get stronger, faster, and better at your sport, hit me up and let’s ride!

My name is Zack Shaw. My life has been made up of a lot of different passions and callings. For the past 4+ years as I was doing full time ministry, the Lord has been tugging on my heart to pursue fitness.

My life has revolved around sports, fitness, and competition for most of it, so now we’re finally here.

With the hopes of opening up a gym in Fort Worth in the near future, I am diving back into coaching and personal training.

With 7+ years of personal and group training experience and proficiencies in strength, endurance, specialized sports training, functional fitness, olympic lifting, and power lifting, I am starting my business and full time work as a personal trainer/coach.
